State of Colorado Tourism and Community Networking

Tourism is one of the largest industries in the State of Colorado. In 2018 alone Colorado welcomed over 85 million visitors, generating over 174 thousand jobs and $22 billion in revenue. Due to COVID-19 Colorado's tourism industry along with its stakeholders have been heavily impacted in the way they are able to effectively operate a business. Join Good Business Colorado as we bring together leaders in the tourism industry and public health for an update on the current state of Tourism in Colorado. Our panel will consist of members from the Colorado Tourism Office, Destination Colorado, Downtown Colorado, Inc, and the Chaffee County Health Dept Director. We will discuss how and why travel restrictions may differ between the state and individual counties. We will also hear from our panelists how their organizations are planning to rebound from COVID-19. Following our discussion, we will host breakout sessions allowing participants to network and brainstorm ideas on how to move forward within their own organizations.

This virtual discussion and networking session was created in an effort to update, support, and connect Colorado Businesses.
