2024 Good Business Colorado Awards Celebration Event attendees enjoyed the delicious food, provided by GBC members Flavor of India, and SAME Cafe, as well as I Heart Mac and Cheese and The Cake Bar.
And had the opportunity to visit with GBC Member Showcase Exhibitors A Free Press Clothing & Apparel, Angies Natural Nibbles, Humagined, Flourishion Consulting, Slow Integration Coaching and Shop BIPOC, and YellowDog.
Kids and adults made DIY frozen ice drinks with GBC member Big Wheel Beverages, and engaged in the Each & Every arts and crafts activity to uplift people for their unique contributions to humanity.
Some event attendees won big - like GBC member Erik Elkins, with WideFoc.Us Social Media who won the grand prize drawing of $1,000 in airfare for earning 20+ points playing the Policy Passport Program.
While other attendees won smaller prizes for completing a "Pledge to Vote" card.
The 2024 Awards Celebration also afforded attendees the opportunity to learn more about our equity work from GBC's DE&I Committee Facilitator Celesté Martinez.
And GBC's 2023 sustainability assessment, conducted by GBC member Randi Zimmermann of Odyssey Event Sustainability.
And we heard about the upcoming Electric Avenue Event Series from the Project Creator and Implementer Rob DuRay with Switchboard.
All in all, we hope everyone left feeling inspired, supported, and a part of a truly special Good Business Colorado community!
