Sullivan Scrap Kitchen is a casual eatery with a focus on reducing food waste. Our mission is to utilize and promote sustainability in food practices, community partnerships, and employees. We collaborate with community resources to decrease food waste and increase our communities’ access to sustainable and delicious nose-to-tail and root to tip cuisine.

Our Telluride, CO bakery and café specializes in handcrafted, fresh and local cuisine. We feature handmade breads and artisan pastries, fresh and locally sourced salad greens , fruit and vegetables, and house-roasted meats, cheeses, handmade sausages, and sustainably harvested fish.

Edwin’s vision for Boulder’s Little Asia will begin on June 1, when Chimera Ramen opens for takeout and limited delivery, followed by Pho Mi on July 1. Since all the food will be packaged to go to begin with, Zoe has put a lot of thought into packaging the ramen, pho and even the banh mi as kits to keep the ingredients as fresh as possible before customers finish assembly themselves.

SAME Café is the first nonprofit restaurant in Denver! Everyone who comes through the door is treated exactly the same. Goodshyft is a company born out of the current economic and public health crisis to bridge the gap between local farmers, the food and beverage industry, and the local community. We bring the farmers market directly to your door by connecting struggling local farmers, chefs, and artisans to the social distancing community via a centralized grocery/meal delivery service.

Since its inception, Vital Root set out to answer a need in Denver: a fast-casual, vegetable-focused, healthy, affordable eatery - all with a commitment to keeping it real. Real ingredients. Real food. Real passion.

Chef Cindhura Reddy and GM Elliot Strathmann took an enormous leap of faith to bet on their passions and on their wonderful tight-knit staff and bought Spuntino in the fall of 2014. The restaurant has gained increasing local and national recognition for its unique marriage of reverence for tradition and passion-driven innovation. In the spring of 2020 both Chef Cindhura Reddy and Chef di Cuisine Austin Nickel were nominated as semi-finalists for James Beard awards.

Chef Madhoo and Vipul Seth opened Roots to satisfy the yearning of people to experience foods from their travels or their home country. Roots is also about the community in various ways. We are featuring local artists’ work at our Restaurant. We have a small farm and have partnered with local businesses in the food we use. We donate 1% of our sales to a local non-profit.

This year Woody’s is celebrating our 25th year anniversary. In the restaurant business, that’s almost unheard of! We attribute our success and longevity here in Golden based on our philosophy of being “more than just great pizza.” Yes that means a diversity of menu items, but it also means that we should give back to our community, be stewards of the environment, and treat our staff and customers like family.

Scraps collects anything that is commercially compostable (all types of food scraps & so much more!) from residents & businesses across Denver & the metro area. We bring composting to residents who aren’t eligible for city service, and to businesses who aren’t a good fit for large-scale compost haulers, with a service that’s carefully tailored to each type of customer.
