LEVEL UP ACADEMY SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

All sponsorship contributions for the GBC Level Up Academy are tax deductible

Tier 1: Premium Sponsor  ($10,000- $15,000)

Description:
Maximize your impact and visibility with our highest level of sponsorship. This tier combines all benefits from Tiers 2 and 3 with exclusive opportunities to elevate your brand and connect deeply with conference participants.

Tier Offerings:

  • Everything included in Tiers 2 and 3, plus:

    • Premium logo placement across all marketing and event materials.

    • Featured sponsorship of the keynote session, ensuring alignment with our marquee speaker and maximum exposure.

    • A dedicated thank-you announcement across all conference communication channels, including email and social media.

    • Opportunity to include branded merchandise in attendee bags.

    • Four complimentary tickets for both Virtual and In-Person conference days.

Tier 2: Promotional Sponsor ($5,000 - $7,000)

Description:
Enhance your visibility and credibility with conference participants through strategic branding opportunities. As a session track sponsor, your organization will be directly aligned with impactful content that resonates with your mission.

Tier Offerings:

  • Everything included in Tier 3, plus:

    • Logo prominently displayed on the Whova registration page banner. 

    • Exclusive sponsorship of one of five session tracks: Prosperous Economy, Policy & Advocacy, Sustainable Environment, Equitable Communities, or Holistic Health Workshops.

    • Recognition as a primary sponsor in all communications related to your chosen session track.

    • Two complimentary tickets for In-Person Day and two discounted Virtual Day tickets.

Tier 3: Visibility Sponsor ($1,000-2,500 non-members)

   ($500 - $1,250 Members)

Description:
Gain essential exposure with conference participants through prominent branding on materials and a presence throughout the event.

Tier Offerings:

  • Virtual Swag Bag Inclusion.

  • Logo placement on the event website and promotional materials.

  • One discounted Virtual Day tickets.

 Tier 4: In Kind Sponsor 

Description:
Provide contributions of goods or services (food and beverage, transportation, technological or audiovisual equipment, or media services) essential to the event's success in exchange for your brand’s visibility at the Level Up Academy. A donation letter from GBC for the total amount of their donated goods, products and services will also be provided. 

Tier Offerings:.

  • Logo on website (not included on event banners)

  • Logo on selected digital promotional materials

  • Discounted registration.
