Join us for a workshop intended to inspire and empower by sharing practices and initiatives that are helping employers proactively prevent sexual harassment in the workplace. We will also hear testimony from a survivor and discuss a trauma-informed approach to responding to workplace sexual harassment. Come learn about the successes and challenges of employers that have been intentional about creating safe workplaces, and discover the resources available to organizations looking to be more proactive about preventing sexual harassment. After the workshop, event attendees will receive an email with additional resources including a sexual harassment policy template.
