2024 Entrepreneur and Employer Day of Action

We had an AMAZING Day of Action at the Capitol on Wednesday!

  • 60 entrepreneurs, employers, and staff from Good Business Colorado, Rocky Mountain MicroFinance Institute, Small Business Majority, Center for Community Wealth Building, and B Local participated. [PHOTOS]

  • 35+ elected officials met with participants.

  • 9 lobby leaders supported their groups in navigating through the Capitol and meeting with legislators.

  • 7 bills were on the agenda for these meetings to advance affordable housing, healthcare, childcare, workforce development, rural business support, and regenerative agriculture. [BILL SUMMARIES]

The Governor joined us for opening remarks and snapped a great pic with the group. We even had a scavenger hunt through the capitol to keep it fun, and participants earned Policy Passport* points for each clue!
