In your opinion, what has been the most interesting bill of this legislative session so far?

I think that HB 25-1169 "Housing Developments on Faith and Educational Land" is the most interesting bill. It may be a very good option for affordable housing in Colorado. 

Which bill do you think will have the greatest impact on your business?

HB 25-1090 "Protections Against Deceptive Pricing Practices" will have the most impact on my business as a Marketing Agency. 

If you had a magic wand, how would you use it to make Colorado an even better place?

If I had a magic wand, I would make a law that makes it more difficult or not worth it for large Real Estate Investment Trusts to buy single-family residential properties up to a quadplex in Colorado. This would bring the housing market closer to an actual supply/ demand curve and bring the price of those properties down by approximately 11%.
