Member Policy Priority Survey
Results from the annual GBC Member policy priority survey drive our advocacy efforts.
In November 2022, we surveyed GBC members to understand what issues impact our collective membership the most. The data from our annual policy priorities survey, along with other factors, inform our legislative advocacy on issues our members rate as priorities for their businesses and communities. We also take into consideration other factors such as; alignment with the organization’s mission, whether our members provide a unique and missing voice, and the overall impact of the policy.
While all of the issues identified in this year’s survey are important, most pressing for Good Business Colorado members are; climate, equity, healthcare, housing, and economic recovery. Good Business Colorado takes a holistic approach, recognizing that specific policies often touch multiple issues, and we work with our member-comprised Policy Council, network of community partners, and lawmakers to craft our annual legislative agenda.
